Where does Vilshenko ship to?

Vilshenko delivers worldwide. All orders are processed within 1 business day and are shipped Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure that someone will be available between 9am and 6pm to sign for the delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time?

United Kingdom: delivered the next working day if the order is placed before 1 pm GMT.

Europe: 2 to 3 working days.

US: 4 to 5 working days.

Middle East: 5 to 6 working days.

Is delivery outside our current shipping regions?

Remember: the deadline is an estimate; deliveries may take longer to arrive due to customs delays. Orders will be shipped via express mail by DHL. A signature is required at the time of delivery.

Can I cancel a delivery?

If your order has not yet been shipped, in certain circumstances you can cancel it. Please contact customerservices@vilshenko.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will notify you if cancellation is possible.

Remember: once your order is placed, we can’t change sizes, edit your billing and shipping details, or add additional items to an existing order.

How does tax work?

Orders may be subject to additional taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

What payment methods does Vilshenko online store offer?

We accept payments via Apple Pay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay and PayPal. Flexible payments via Klarna are also available to customers.

Can I place an order over the phone?

What happens if I refuse a delivery from Vilshenko?

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Vilshenko Fashion LTD, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.

How much are the shipping fees?

  • UK: £10 (Free shipping and return for orders over £500)
  • EU:£24 (Free shipping for orders over £500)
  • US: £30 (Free shipping for orders over £500)
  • UAE: £30 (Free shipping for orders over £500)

 How can I return a product?

We hope you love your purchase. But if you wish to make a return, you have a 14-day window after delivery to send it back to us. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. 

You may return your Vilshenko Online order by returning it to a Vilshenko Store in London or by sending it back to the Online Store. All items can be returned for a refund or a credit note. 

You have the duty to reasonably take care of the items and will be responsible for any damage until we receive the items in our store. We recommend insuring the return shipment.

We offer a free return shipping label for customers in the UK.

All sale items purchased In-Store are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you would like to use a credit note issued In-Store for an Online purchase, you will need to reach out to customer service atcustomerservices@vilshenko.com

How does the refund policy work?

As soon as the returned items are received, they will undergo a quality inspection. Once approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method immediately.

Original shipping costs and tax fees will not be reimbursed.

We estimate that refunds will be issued by your card provider within approximately 10 to 14 days. You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund as soon as it is processed.
